Groundwater protection graphicAnnual hazardous material inventory reports are often required by businesses that use chemicals in the wellhead protection area. Reporting forms are due November 30 every year. Instructions are provided.

Below are links to the Reference Manual, Program Implementation Guide and appendixes. The Reference Manual lays out the specific requirements to comply with the groundwater protection program. The Program Implementation Guide provides additional guidance to regulated businesses and technical personnel on how to meet program requirements, including examples, resources and equipment.
