Job Description: The City is recruiting for a Right of Way Agent II for the Portland Water Bureau.  The Right of Way Agent II (ROWA II) works under the direct supervision of the Right of Way Program Manager to perform specialized assignments that include property acquisition and negotiation, including for fee property interests, easements, permits, and leases; property management; encroachment mitigation; preparation of legal documents, agreements, and contracts; preparation and evaluation of legal descriptions and exhibits; evaluation and interpretation of title reports, appraisal reports, environmental reports, and other professional reports related to real property; and, supporting the City Attorney’s Office in condemnation proceedings or other Bureau business.

Salary: $12.90 Hourly

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Job Description: The City of Portland Water Bureau is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Worker for its Dodge Park camping and day use facility. The Seasonal Maintenance Worker will perform unskilled and semi-skilled tasks at the facility prior to, during and at the close of the 2015 camping season.
