LUBA Hearing Held, Decision Expected in March
On Feb. 11, 2016, LUBA held a hearing for legal argument based on an appeal filed against the Washington Park Reservoir Project’s Type IV Demolition Review application decision made by Portland City Council. LUBA Hearing Scheduled
On Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at 11 a.m., LUBA will hold a hearing for legal argument based on an appeal filed against the Washington Park Reservoir Project’s Type IV Demolition Review application decision made by Portland City Council. The hearing will be held in LUBA’s Hearing Office located at 775 Summer Street NE, Suite 330 Salem, Oregon 97301. City Council Unanimously Approves Type IV LUR Application
On June 25, 2015, the Mayor and Portland City Council unanimously approved the Portland Water Bureau’s Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project Type IV Land Use Review (LUR) application. LEARN MORE HERE.

**Council Hearing Final Decision RESCHEDULED FOR JUNE 25
After giving unanimous tentative approval on May 13, the Portland City Council will make a final decision on the Portland Water Bureau’s Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project Type IV Land Use Review (LUR) application on Thursday, June 25 at 2 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers at 1221 SW 4th Avenue. The final decision was rescheduled from Wednesday, June 10. Members of the public are welcome to attend. However, no public testimony will be heard as the public comment and testimony period closed on May 7. LEARN MORE HERE.

Tentative Approval by Council
On May 13, 2015, Mayor Charlie Hales and the City Council gave tentative approval to the Portland Water Bureau’s Type VI LUR application. The next step will be a final decision by the Mayor and Council on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. LEARN MORE HERE.

Council Hearing Deliberation Scheduled for May 13
A City Council hearing on the Water Bureau’s proposed Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project Type IV Land Use Review (LUR) application will be held on Wednesday, May 13 at 2 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers at 1221 SW 4th Avenue. Members of the public are welcome to attend; no testimony will be accepted. During the hearing, Council is scheduled to deliberate and, if they are ready, take a tentative vote. They would direct that written findings be brought back to them at a specified future date for Council adoption. That would be their final decision. LEARN MORE HERE.

Proposed Washington Park Reservoir Project Initial Land Use Review Application: City Council Hearing Scheduled for April 23, Public Comments Accepted
Public comments on the initial LUR application are still being accepted via e-mail, fax, or mail. A City Council hearing will be held on Thursday, April 23 at 2 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers at 1221 SW 4th Avenue, Portland, Oregon. REMINDER: Historic Landmarks Commission Meeting To Be Held Monday, March 30; Staff Report & Recommendation on Initial Land Use Review Application for Proposed Washington Park Reservoir Project Available for Review by Public
The Bureau of Development Services (BDS) has released the Staff Report and Recommendation report on the Portland Water Bureau’s initial Type IV Land Use Review (LUR) application for the proposed Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project. The report will be utilized during the upcoming Historic Landmarks Commission public meeting scheduled for Monday, March 30 at 1:30 p.m. on the second floor of 1900 SW Fourth Avenue, Conference Room 2500A. Historic Landmarks Commission Meeting DELAYED ONE WEEK to March 30 on Proposed Washington Park Reservoir Project Initial Type IV Land Use Review Application
The Historic Landmarks Commission public meeting on the Portland Water Bureau’s proposed Washington Park Reservoir Project initial Type IV Land Use Review (LUR) application been rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 30 on the second floor of 1900 SW Fourth Avenue, Conference Room 2500A. During the meeting, the Commission will listen to public testimony and review the initial Type IV LUR application and staff report that includes mailed, faxed, or e-mailed public comments. After the meeting, the Commission will forward a letter with recommendations to the Portland City Council. The City Council is still on schedule to hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23 to make the final decision on the initial LUR application. Public comments on the Portland Water Bureau’s initial Type IV Land Use Review (LUR) application for the proposed Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project received by Monday, March 9 will be part of the official record and included in the staff report presented during the upcoming Historic Landmarks Commission public meeting. The public is now invited to review and submit comments on the Water Bureau’s initial Type IV LUR application for the proposed Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project. Water Bureau Submits Land Use Review Application for Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project; Public Comment Period & Hearing in January 2015
On December 15, 2014, the Water Bureau submitted the first of two Land Use Review applications for the proposed Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project. Water Bureau Develops Initial Land Use Review Application for Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project
The Portland Water Bureau is currently working on documents to submit for the first of two Land Use Review applications for the proposed Washington Park Reservoir Improvements Project.  The initial Type IV LUR application is scheduled to be submitted in December 2014. LEARN MORE HERE.
