  • The Monthly Statement Billing Option is Here!

    Customers who choose to participate in this new program will also utilize our paperless billing program, known as e-bill, where your bills will be sent to you electronically via email.

  • Meter Readers

    Electronic meter reading devices assist staff in gathering billing information. Please keep access to your meter clear.

    Call 503-823-7770. Call Center staff is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

  • Downtown Customer Service

    Pay your bill in person at our downtown location, 1120 SW 5th Avenue.

Customer Alert -  Our office will be closed Monday September 1, 2014, in observance of the Labor Day holiday.  Our office will reopen Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 8:00 AM.  For your convenience you may pay your bill online, pay by phone at 503-823-7770 press 1, or leave a payment in the night box located outside the front door at 1120 SW 5th Ave, Portland, OR 97204.

Monthly Statements Billing Option
The Bureau of Environmental Services and the Water Bureau announce a new voluntary monthly statement billing program for sewer, stormwater, and water billings.  The monthly statement program provides a statement of charges each month, while maintaining a quarterly reading schedule.  Participants continue to have their meters read each quarter, but those quarterly charges are split into thirds and invoiced monthly.  Customers choosing to participate in this new program will also utilize our paperless billing program, known as e-bill, where your bills will be sent to you electronically via email.   

After enrolling in our e-bill program, customers can participate in the monthly statement program. Enrollment for both programs can be done online, by phone, and in person:
