Community Information & Involvement Team

The Portland Water Bureau’s Community Information & Involvement Team (CI&I) is a group of four professionals dedicated to providing transparent information about the bureau’s projects and activities.

CI&I staff work to inform and assist the public on construction and maintenance projects, and develops public involvement opportunities, when possible.

They also respond to news media inquiries and provide information on events. In addition, CI&I staff coordinate the bureau’s Budget Advisory Committee, process Public Record Requests, maintain the bureau website and social media communications tools, produce publications about bureau projects and services, and prepare for the public’s informational needs during an emergency.
