Pay By Phone
Customers can conveniently and securely pay their water-sewer bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week using this automated payment system by dialing 503-823-7770 and selecting option 1. The friendly prerecorded messages will help guide you through the process.
Customers can use their telephone keypad to access their water-sewer account and pay their bill with a Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. The system will securely store the card information for ease of paying future bills.
Frequently Asked Questions:
What is needed to use the Pay by Phone option? You will need your account number as well as the first four digits of your house number. If the house number is shorter than four digits, just enter them followed by the pound sign. If you don't know your account number or your house number, you will need to speak with a representative for assistance.
What if the account and/or house number is entered incorrectly? You will be given up to three tries to enter the information correctly. After three incorrect entries you will be transferred to a representative during business hours, after business hours you will be asked to call back for assistance.
What happens if I enter the wrong payment information? You will have the opportunity to review the payment information prior to the payment being processed.
Can I make an ACH payment? Pay by Phone only accepts Visa and MasterCard payments.
Do I have to pay my balance in full? No, partial payment are accepted. Please be sure to speak with a Representative if you need to make payment arrangements.
If your account is delinquent, payment received after 5:00pm may not prevent additional service charges or service interruptions.
