Annual Water Quality Report
Each year the Portland Water Bureau provides the Drinking Water Quality Report to all of its customers. The report contains important information about Portland drinking water and is available in Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese.
As of 2013 water providers are able to notify customers of the report’s availability online instead of mailing a paper copy to all customers. In early June a postcard with an internet link was mailed to all service addresses served by the Portland Water Bureau.
A paper copy can be requested by calling 503-823-7525 or by submitting an on-line request

The City of Lake Oswego, the Rockwood Water People’s Utility District, Clackamas River Water, Sunrise Water Authority and Tualatin Valley Water District provide drinking water for some Portland customers who live near service area boundaries. The Portland Water Bureau mails copies of the water quality reports from these utilities (in addition to the Portland report posted above) to these properties before June 30.
