Replacing older toilets is a great way to save water and money! Apartment buildings, condo associations, and other multifamily properties are now eligible for up to 10 toilet rebates per active water account. Each rebate is worth $50.  Eligible toilets must be  WaterSense-labeled or a be a flushometer-style toilet that is preapproved by Water Bureau Efficiency program staff.

WaterSense^® labeled toilets use 20 percent less water than the current federal standards and meet rigorous performance criteria.
