Customers who choose to participate in this new program will also utilize our paperless billing program, known as e-bill, where your bills will be sent to you electronically via email.
Electronic meter reading devices assist staff in gathering billing information. Please keep access to your meter clear.

Pay your bill in person at our downtown location, 1120 SW 5th Avenue.
On Tuesday November 25, from 10 AM to 12 PM, there will be system maintenance done on our view/pay bill website. During this window of time, it will not be possible to view your account or make payments online; however, it will be possible to call (503) 823-7770 to pay on our automated line or with a Customer Service Representative. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
