Queer Vocal Groups

Bridging Voices

Bridging Voices is a youth chorus for LGBTQ+ and allied youth, ages 13-21. We strive to be a safe, accessible place for youth to experience empowerment and unity through music. They are one of the largest choruses of its kind in the nation.

Confluence: The Willamette Valley LGBT Chorus

Confluence is a very diverse group. Members come from throughout the Willamette valley, currently ranging from Eugene to Portland. As an LGBT chorus, we strive to celebrate and affirm the lives of gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender individuals.

Northwest Queer Chorus

The Northwest Queer Chorus exists to amplify the voices of Portland’s Queer community through musical excellence in a space that models radical acceptance across the state and nation.

Portland Gay Men's Chorus

The Portland Gay Men's Chorus aspires to expand, redefine, and perfect the choral art through eclectic performances that honor and uplift our community and affirm the worth of all people.

Portland Lesbian Choir

Founded in 1986, our culture is steeped in the lesbian community. Our membership includes people of various sexual, romantic, gender, and relationship orientations; we welcome all!

Transpose PDX

We are the ripple-starters, the ambassadors of change, and the consciousness-raisers. We humanize trans folks through the most human of art forms — singing! Through rural outreach performances we become visible.
