Between 2002 and 2014, a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Innovative Wet Weather grant funded over 30 public and private projects throughout Portland that demonstrate how different kinds of green infrastructure can effectively manage stormwater. This video profiles the grant program and some of the innovative projects it funded.
