BES Approved Construction Products List (CPL)

In addition to the Portland Bureau of Transportation and the Portland Water Bureau, the Bureau of Environmental Services maintains a list of approved, commonly-used construction products for use within the public right-of-way.

The Approved Construction Products List (CPL) and a brief guideline document for use with the CPL are available via the links below.

Commonly-used construction products not currently on the CPL can be submitted for consideration using the Product Application Form at the link below. This form can be submitted via email to Joe Evinger at Joe.Evinger@portlandoregon.gov.
