Development Services
Environmental Services partners with homeowners, developers, and contractors to meet the community’s development needs. We value the needs and interests of development customers, our ratepayers, and other community stakeholders.
We participate in the development review process as a partner with the Bureau of Development Services (BDS) and other City bureaus. Our staff review building permit plans, public works permit plans, land use applications, and participate in the BDS Early Assistance process.
