Since Environmental Services bills for impervious area (IA) based on each 1,000 square feet, small discrepancies in the measurements will not affect your bill. Although our measurements are updated regularly, we know there are limitations on what we can see from an aerial perspective.

We can review any independent drawings or documentation you submit regarding the hard surface area measurements of your property. If we are unable to resolve a discrepancy between our measurements and yours, we can find a mutually agreeable time to visit your property and re-examine areas of our map which are of concern to you.
