As the City’s wastewater and stormwater utility, we serve more than 625,000 customers every day. In 2017, we took the opportunity to envision the future of Environmental Services. We created a 10-year strategic plan to guide us as we address new challenges, make decisions, and develop our programs and budgets during the next decade.

This strategic plan will:

•  Help us work together as a unified organization delivering high-quality services to the community.
• Reinforce our commitment to cost-effective and innovative infrastructure solutions.
• Put us on a path to becoming a fully sustainable utility in 10 years to meet the needs of current customers and future generations.

The plan also outlines in detail our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in how we work together and deliver services.
