Portland Fire & Rescue | EVALUATING SERVICES & DELIVERY METHODS

In 2005 and again in 2011, Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R) was directed by City Council to conduct a study to evaluate its fire, rescue and emergency services resource allocation and service delivery methods. The studies would provide options for resource allocation and service delivery methods to meet future demand, including cost efficiencies and alternative forms of service delivery. To perform these evaluations, the City selected TriData, a division of System Planning Corporation, by competitive bid.
