SW Humphrey Boulevard is closed between SW Scholls Ferry Road and SW Patton Road due to a fallen tree. Portland General Electric, Portland Police, Portland Fire & Rescue, Portland Bureau of Transportation, and Portland Urban Forestry are responding.

The driving public is advised to use alternate routes and expect delays. The street is not expected to open until late this afternoon at the earliest.

**UPDATE** SW Humphrey Blvd reopened the morning of Wednesday, March 31, 2010 between SW Scholls Ferry Rd and SW Patton Rd.
