New Eastside Premium Passes

Now you can enjoy fitness and swim pool benefits at any of our full service community centers and pools with one annual fee: East Portland, Mt. Scott, Matt Dishman, and Charles Jordan/Columbia Pool. Stop by any of the community centers mentioned here and our staff can get you set up with the pass that is most convenient for you!

*Youth and Teen Passes are also available, and in addition, explore our TeenForce Pass, providing fitness and other activities to youth ages 10-20 at our five TeenForce locations.

Portland Parks & Recreation owns and operates 15 community centers located throughout the Portland area - offering sports, fitness, art, dance, music, science, languages, rentals, and more!

Resident and Non-Resident Fees
A resident is anyone who occupies a permanent residence inside the city limits of Portland, which includes the Portland Public, Parkrose, and David Douglas School Districts. Anyone else is considered a non-resident and will be assessed a non-resident fee.
