Premium Passes 
With our Premium Pass, enjoy fitness and swim pool benefits at any of our full-service community centers and pools with one annual fee: East Portland, Mt. Scott, Matt Dishman, Charles Jordan/Columbia Pool, and Southwest Community Center. Also available is an East Portland Premium Pass for our full-service centers east of the Willamette River. Stop by any of the community centers mentioned here and our staff can get you set up with the pass that is most convenient for you!

Portland Parks & Recreation owns and operates 15 community centers located throughout the Portland area - offering sports, fitness, art, dance, music, science, languages, rentals, and more!

Resident and Non-Resident Fees
A resident is anyone who occupies a permanent residence inside the city limits of Portland, which includes the Portland Public, Parkrose, and David Douglas School Districts. Anyone else is considered a non-resident and will be assessed a non-resident fee.
