On July 1, 2014, a new Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services was created within the Office of Management and Finance in the Mayor's portfolio of bureaus. The Revenue Division, a division of the Bureau of Revenue and Financial Services, is the administrator of several business and individual tax programs including the Portland/Multnomah County Business Income Tax and the Arts Tax. The Revenue Division also provides database and collections support for other agencies. The Office for Community Technology, which administers programs related to utility franchises/licenses, cable regulation and access to technology, is also a component of the Revenue Division.
