As City of Portland permitting and development review staff work to respond to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we are currently experiencing delays in processing permit applications and land use reviews, including accepting payments.
This means that we may be unable to fulfill your application or permit request in a timely fashion. As we stabilize our office functions, we will follow up with applicants with more information about processing times. In the meantime, you may need to adjust your schedule to ensure you work with appropriate permits.
We are currently unable to respond to telephone calls. Our customer service desk in the Development Services Center at 1900 SW 4th Ave is also currently unavailable. You can find additional contact information on the individual program or permit pages by following the links below. Please be aware that we have limited capacity at present to respond to emails.
Thank you for your patience. Please note that our service availability can change at any time without notice. We hope to be expanding service as we resolve technology issues to facilitate teleworking.
