For common issues around schools, contact the Transportation Safety and Neighborhood Livability Hotline at 503-823-SAFE (7233), or submit a request online. Issues may include, but are not limited to, concerns about crosswalks, proper signage, visibility, and traffic speed and volume.

Due to the volume of requests, please allow an average of 16 weeks for a response to your concern.

This is the best way to report safety problems and concerns at your school. Note that requests from school principals are prioritized, so try checking in with your school principal to see if you share similar concerns about school traffic safety before submitting your request.
