Installed new traffic signal at North Vancouver Avenue & Cook Street.

Upgraded existing traffic signal at North Vancouver Avenue & Fremont Street, adding new left-turn signal.

Upgraded existing traffic signal at North Williams Avenue & Fremont Street.

Project closed out on March 1, 2017 with City Council passage of Ordinance No. 188265.

NE 52nd & Alberta LID

Constructed street, sidewalk and stormwater improvements to NE 52nd Avenue from 85 feet north of NE Wygant Street to NE Alberta Street and to NE Alberta Street from NE 52nd Avenue to 265 feet west of NE 55th Avenue.

Project closed out on December 30, 2015 with City Council passage of Ordinance No. 187530.

NE Couch Court LID

Constructed street, sidewalk and stormwater improvements to NE Couch Court from NE 3rd Avenue to NE Couch Street.

Project closed out on April 18, 2018 with City Council passage of Ordinance No. 188899.

SE 86th Court & Steele Street LID

Constructed street, sidewalk, multiuse path and stormwater improvements to SE 86th Court from SE Steele Street to SE Insley Street and to SE Steele Street from SE 85th Avenue to SE 86th Court.

Project closed out on January 3, 2018 with City Council passage of Ordinance No. 188766.

SW Dolph Court Spring Garden Street LID

Constructed street, sidewalk and stormwater improvements to SW Dolph Court from SW 30th Avenue to the west property line of Spring Garden Park, and to SW Spring Garden Street from the west property line of 3352 SW Spring Garden Street to the east property line of Spring Garden Park.

Project closed out on September 12, 2018 with City Council passage of Ordinance No. 189160.
