Area Parking Permits

Temporary Area Parking Permits (APP) will be provided to residents in other districts who are teleworking and do not have a annual permit. Contact PBOTParkingPermits@portlandoregon.gov. You will need to provide:

  1. Full name
  2. Address
  3. License plate number

Permit staff will provide you with a document that you will need to print. Unfortunately we do not have resources to send temporary permits through the mail, and there are not options for pick up.

Please have patience as we work to figure out how to issue other types of permits. This page will be updated as we have more information.

Abandoned Autos

We are not accepting new abandoned autos reports at this time.
