The draft Connected Centers Street Plan, a strategy for improving street connectivity in centers in Eastern Neighborhoods, has been released and is now available.

This strategy was developed in coordination with the Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability’s Better Housing by Design project revising development and design standards in Portland’s multi-dwelling zones.

A summary of the updates to the Multi-Dwelling Zoning Code that are being proposed by the Better Housing by Design Team. The updates include many of the street connectivity code concepts that are being proposed in the Connected Centers Street Plan.
The Connected Centers team will be holding a joint public workshop with the Better Housing by Design team on Saturday, February 25th from 10am to 12pm at the Community Hall Annex at Portland Community College Southeast.
