Halsey Street Safety and Access to Transit

Pedestrian, bicycle and bus stop improvements on NE Halsey Street between NE 80th and 92nd Avenue

Brentwood-Darlington Multimodal Improvements

This project will provide safe routes to several Title 1 schools and access to transit in a neighborhood with very poor sidewalk coverage.

Jade and Montavilla Multimodal Improvements Project

The Jade and Montavilla Multimodal Improvements will construct multi-modal improvements on key pedestrian and bicycle routes in Jade District and Montavilla Neighborhood

NE 102nd Avenue Corridor

The NE 102nd Ave Safety Project will be improving safety for all people walking, biking, taking transit, and driving on NE 102nd Ave between Weidler and Sandy.

4M Neighborhood Greenway: SE 130th Avenue to SE 174th Avenue

This bikeway will run parallel to the high traffic Stark and Division corridors along SE Mill St., SE Millmain Dr. and SE Main St. Streets between SE 130th Ave. and SE 174th Ave.

HOP Neighborhood Greenway: Gateway Transit Center to NE 128th Avenue

This Neighborhood Greenway will run parallel to the high traffic Halsey and Glisan corridors along Pacific, Oregon and, Holladay Streets between the I-205 Gateway area and NE 128th Avenue.

SE Flavel Street: 84th to 92nd Avenue

Fill in empty sidewalk segments on SE Flavel between SE 84th Avenue and SE 92nd Avenue. Upgrade curb ramps to meet ADA standards.

SE 112th Avenue: Market Street to Powell Boulevard

Constructing sidewalks to fill in gaps between SE Market to Powell and upgrading curb ramps to meet ADA standards.

SE 104th Ave & SE Holgate Blvd Signal Rebuilds

Traffic signals and curb ramp updates on SE 104th Ave and SE Holgate Blvd.

122nd Avenue Area Safety Improvements

Better crosswalks and new sidewalks are coming to areas along 122nd Avenue, including portions of 92nd Ave., Sandy Blvd., Prescott St. and Foster Rd., in the summer of 2016.

NE 102nd Avenue: Sandy Boulevard to I-84

The goal of this project under the Fixing Our Streets program is to fill in those empty segments on 102nd between Sandy and I-84 with new sidewalks. Also, any ramps that do not meet current ADA standards will be upgraded.

NE Halsey: 102nd to Weidler

A three inch grind and pave of NE Halsey between 102nd Avenue and Weidler, as well as upgraded ADA ramps for all curbs within the paving area.

East Portland Active Transportation to Transit Project

The project will improve pedestrian safety and access along SE Division Street between 102nd and 157th by infilling missing sidewalk, building ADA-compliant curb ramps and driveway connections and installing three new signalized crossings.

122nd Ave Plan: Safety, Access and Transit

PBOT is developing of a plan to identify improvements on 122nd Ave, between SE Foster and NE Marine Dr. We will consider changes to the street cross-section, additional enhanced crossings, lighting, signal changes and more to meet the following goals.

Outer Halsey Safety Project

Improving Outer Halsey from NE 114th to 162nd.

SE 136th Paving and Sidewalks to Opportunity

The aim of the SE 136th project is to improve neighbors’ connections to community amenities in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood and surrounding areas.

East Glisan Street Update

This project covers Outer Glisan from I-205 to NE 162nd. This project includes a number of elements including updating the street design and how space is allocated on NE Glisan (street reconfiguration).

Safety Action Plan for Outer SE Division Street

Working closely with the community, the City of Portland is making outer SE Division Street (82nd to the city limit) safer for everyone who uses the street. This project is part of Portland’s Vision Zero strategy.

SE 122nd Ave Bridge Over Johnson Creek

Comprehensive plan in place to replace the storm-damaged timber bridge, which is currently closed to motor vehicles.
