Walk-ins welcome for customer service related to the following programs:
- Area Parking Permit Program (APPP) – those that want to pick up their parking permits. Questions regarding parking permits is 503-823-2777 or email parking@portlandoregon.gov
- People that want to pick up their Quickpermit (permits for dumpsters or pods https://www.portlandoregon.gov/transportation/article/620498). For questions regarding permits please call 503-823-7365.
- People that want to pick up their business license for their Private For-Hire Transportation Permit (https://www.portlandoregon.gov/transportation/article/664593#Top1).

Please call our 24 hour/7 days a week hotline for maintenance and repair issues, including debris in roadway, streets flooded from blocked storm drains, traffic signals out of power or flashing red.
