2302-01   Utility Franchise Records And Reports

Series is created to maintain annual reports, quarterly reports and records of utilities as per city code, charter and franchise ordinances. Records include annual and quarterly reports, policy documents and copies of reports.

2302-03   Public Telephone Complaints

Series is used to document complaints received about public telephones located in the right of way. Series is created to document actions taken in response to the complaints. Records include copies of the intake forms and correspondence. Records may include complainant, date of complainant, problem, response/resolution, follow-up and other related records.

Retention: 1 year or resolution of problem, whichever is longer.
