Series is created to document the review of the program and to provide guidance and advice to Bureau staff. Series includes internal review teams and outside consultants and task forces. Records include meeting records, agendas, correspondence, etc. Examples include Bureau Policy Team, TRAT (Technical Review Advisory Team), PART (Program Advisory Review Team), Watershed Councils, Stewardship Committees, etc.

8821-02   Legislative Bill Analysis Records

Series is created to formulate Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) response to proposed legislative action. Series is used by BES staff to document response to various legislative bills. Records include testimony, response sheets, analysis, copies of bills, and other related data.

Retention: 3 legislative cycles- bills that city staff testify on or that are determined to be worth watching by staff; retain as needed- bills that have little or no interest staff and city.
