9202-01 Traffic Management Maps, Plans and Drawings

Series used by bureau for analysis, design, planning, and reference purposes. Records describe conditions and locations of traffic management issues, projects, and inventories in the city. Record also contains plans, as-builts, drawings and other similar types of material such as aerial photographs.

Retention: Original maps, aerial photographs and final as-builts, retain permanently.  Reference copies may be retained as needed.

9202-02 Maps, Plans and Drawings - Non City Created

Series is copies of maps, plans and drawings used during projects that have come from outside sources. Series contains copies of bluelines, maps, diagrams, GIs printouts, plats and plans obtained from non-city agencies and outside companies.

9202-03 Section Maps

Series is used for legal description/location of all city lights. Series consists of maps with street lighting information and includes quarter-section maps and records created on the Intergraph and Graphic Information System (GIs).

Series is used to evaluate location of current and proposed city boundaries in connection with traffic management issues and inventory. Series is used primarily with the street lighting system.
