Violations
A violation of this requirement may result in the assessment of civil penalties. If the City Attorney reasonably believes that a violation has occurred, a written determination describing the violation will be sent to the person responsible. If the person fails to provide a written response, or fails to reasonably satisfy the City Attorney regarding the identified violations, the City Attorney may file a complaint with the Code Hearings Officer requesting that the Hearings Officer impose civil penalties not to exceed $500.
