Galentine's Day
WHO: Women’s Empowerment (WE)
WHAT: Galentine’s Day Celebration with Waffles & Make-Your-Own Galentine Card!
WHERE: Pettygrove Room, City Hall
WHEN: Only the best day of the year! February 13th, 10 am – 11 am
WHY: Galentine’s Day was created by Leslie Knope, the fictional feminist icon from TV’s Parks and Recreation, as a day to recognize “ladies celebrating ladies.” In celebration of friendships and camaraderie between the women who work for the City of Portland, WE is hosting a Galentine’s Day brunch. Join us for waffles with delicious toppings (or BYO). Then make a Galentine’s Day card to give to your favorite galentine!
See you there!
