BES and PBOT CADD blocks have been updated as of 1/4/21 to reflect the following changes:

• BES' new Commissioner, Mingus Mapps
• PBOT's new Commissioner, Jo Ann Hardesty
• BES' new 'acting' Chief Engineer, Kerry Rubin, PE
