Political Committees and Candidate Committees active in City Elections are required to file detailed campaign finance reports with the City Auditor. A mix of City and State rules govern campaign finance.
There are a number of major changes to both State & City Campaign Finance law in place for the 2006 Election Season. The following materials explain these changes and provide guidance on their implementation. Candidates, persons or committees active in City elections should take the time to look through this material.
