How to Create Your Portland Online Account

The City's Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting System requires the person or entity managing the required filings to set up a Portland Online account.  To do so, click here.  Portland Online accounts are free and protected by the City's Privacy Policy.  This pertains to both City Officials and lobbying entities accessing the filing system. City Officials must use their email address when creating an account for the purposes of filing. 

If you are an official representative of more than one Lobbying Entity, you can manage multiple entities under one account through a drop down menu to select, add, or delete an entity for reporting or registering. Each Portland Online account requires a unique email address.  

  • Be sure to keep your user name and password in a safe place as you will need this information to log into the Lobbying Entity Registration & Reporting System.
