Today, the City Auditor received two Candidate filings for the May 18, 2010 Primary Election.

Jason Barbour filed a Filing of Candidacy for the office of Commissioner, Position No. 2 by declaration (fee).  A Candidate must complete a Filing of Candidacy to appear on the ballot.

Spencer Burton filed a Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification, for Commissioner, Position No. 3.  A Candidate seeking public campaign financing must file a Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification prior to collecting $5.00 Qualifying Contributions during the Qualifying Period.
