Today, the City Auditor received two Candidate filings for the May 18, 2010 Primary Election.

Jesse Cornett filed a Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification, for Commissioner, Position No. 3. A Candidate seeking public campaign financing must file a Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification prior to collecting $5.00 Qualifying Contributions during the Qualifying Period.

The City Auditor also received the required submission of the first 300 $5.00 Qualifying Contribution Receipt forms from Spencer Burton. Burton filed a Declaration of Intent to Seek Certification for Commissioner, Position No. 3 on 9/11/2009.
