The City Auditor received a candidate filing for the May 15, 2012 Primary Election. On September 8th, 2011, Max Brumm filed a Filing of Candidacy for the office of Mayor by nominating petition. Multnomah County Elections Division conducted the signature verification process and certified at least 100 valid signatures – the minimum number required to file by nominating petition. The City’s Elections Division received these signature verification results on September 14, 2011, and Max Brumm has been added to the Registry of Candidates for the office of City of Portland Mayor.
