The City Auditor received a candidate filing for the May 15, 2012 Primary Election. On January 13th, 2012, Mary Nolan submitted a completed nominating petition for the office of Commissioner, Position No. 1. Multnomah County Elections Division conducted the signature verification process and certified at least 100 valid signatures – the minimum number required to file by nominating petition. The City’s Elections Division received these signature verification results on January 25th, 2012, and Mary Nolan has been added to the Register of Candidates for the office of City of Portland Commissioner, Position No. 1.
