On Monday, October 14th, the Auditor's Office approved the signature and cover sheets for circulation of Initiative Petition ID PDX 04 with the Ballot Title Caption "Amends Charter: Creates water and sewer district with elected board."

To qualify for the May 20, 2014 Primary Election ballot, an initiative petition would require 29,786 valid signatures. A completed petition must submit signature sheets to the Auditor's Office by January 21st, 2014.
