On Thursday, September 10, 2015 the Auditor's Office approved the signature and cover sheets for circulation of initiative petition ID PDX 6 with the Ballot Title Caption "Amends Charter: Changes form of City Government". 

To qualify for the November 8, 2016 General Election ballot, an initiative petition would require 31,345 valid signatures. Signature sheets must be submitted to the Auditor's Office by July 8, 2016.
