All reports must be filed online beginning in Q3 2018 for the previous quarter's reports and for all political consultant registrations going forward. The Auditor’s Office partnered with the Bureau of Technology Services to create an online filing system for this program similar to an existing filing portal for the Lobbyist Registration Program. The filing system portal can be accessed from the consultant home page here using a Portland Online account (create one here if needed).
