On June 26, 2019 Council passed two resolutions referring the below ballot measures to a November 5, 2019 Special Election Ballot


 

Submitted Council-referral: Measure 26-204

Ballot Title Caption: Amends Charter: Increases Protections for Bull Run Watershed.

Status: 

6/26/19 - Resolution no. 37438 passed by City Council to refer measure to November 5, 2019 special election ballot; seven-day ballot title challenge period begins. An elector may file a petition for review of the ballot title with the Multnomah County Circuit Court no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 8, 2019. 

7/9/2019 - No ballot title challenges received. Measure to be filed with Multnomah County Elections to appear on the ballot as passed by Council. 

8/21/2019 - Measures filed with Multnomah County Elections Office, including SEL 802 Notice of Measure Election and an explanatory statement. 

8/22/2019 - Multnomah County Elections Division assigns measure number 26-204.

Ballot Title Caption: Amends Charter: Authorizes City participation in emergency mutual aid agreements.
