The Portland City Elections Office has accepted a candidate withdrawal and re-filing for office of Commissioner, Pos. 2 that will appear on the May 19, 2020 Primary Election ballot. 

On January 21, 2020, Jack Kerfoot withdrew from appearing on the ballot for Commissioner, Pos. 4 and re-filed for Commissioner, Pos. 2. by declaration and fee.
