Cicuit Court Judge Christopher J. Marshall issued a general judgement 9/30/05 and certified the final ballot title to the Auditor for Petition No. 4.

 

On Monday, October 3rd the Auditor approved the signature sheets for approval.  Petitioners have until January 17, 2006 to gather the required 26,691 valid signatures or City registered voters to place the measure on the May 16, 2006 Primary Election Ballot.
