Lobbyist Regulations & Political Consultant Reporting
Regulation of Lobbying Entities and Political Consultant Reporting Programs
The City's Lobbying Regulations and the Political Consulting Reporting program serve to improve transparency and inform the public of efforts to influence City Officials. Both programs are disclosure based, with information provided by City officials, lobbying entities, and certain political consultants.
If you are a required filer, you can access forms, the online portal, and training materials on this website. Members of the public can find information about both programs, including all disclosure reports, frequently asked questions, administrative rules, and City Code Chapters 2.12 and 2.14.
To make an anonymous report about suspected fraud or possible violations of City Code, including violations of the City's Lobbying or Political Consultant Reporting programs, please contact the Auditor's Fraud Hotline.
