Martha Prinz - Performance Auditor II

Martha joined the Audit Services Division in 2007 after working as a policy and budget analyst for the City of New York, a researcher for New York State’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and in various capacities for the National Audubon Society and the Oregon Environmental Council. Martha’s audit work includes the City’s housing bond, tree code, red light camera program, green building policy, Police Bureau training, and Fire Bureau overtime.
Martha received a Master of Public Administration degree with a finance specialization from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a member of the Association of Local Government Auditors. Martha grew up in New Mexico and lives in SW Portland.
