Fees for Bureau of Development Services are updated periodically and adopted by the Portland City Council. Fee related services include Permits related for new and altered buildings and their properties, land use reviews, certificates and registrations, inspections and other compliance services, and fees collected for other City Bureaus.
Includes fees for residential, commercial, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, site development, signs & awning permits, home occupation permits and enforcement penalties.
SDCs are one time fees assessed for new development and property user changes.
