The Bureau of Development Services’ Metro Reports provide lists of building permit applications, issued building permits and land use review intakes. The reports are separated by permit type: Commercial, Residential, and Other (Facility, Manufactured Dwelling, Site Development, and Zoning permits). The Metro Reports are published on a weekly and monthly basis.

Metro reports provide some or all of the following information:

• Permit number
• Site address
• Work proposed
• Type of use
• Occupancy
• Number of units
• Description of work
• Valuation
• Application date
• Issue date
• Permit status
• Construction type
• Square footage
• Applicant, Owner, & Contractor information
