  • Fee Change Update

    Annual Fiscal Year Fee Changes Effective July 1, 2016 and Construction Excise Tax (CET) Effective August 1, 2016

  • ITAP Update

    The ITAP Customer Advisory Committee meets regularly with City staff to receive updates and will be providing input into the design of the new system’s customer portal, as well as testing it and advising the City on outreach and education efforts to the community.

  • BDS Budget & Fee Update

    On June 9, 2016, the City Council adopted the City’s FY 2016-17 Budget, which went into effect on July 1, 2016.

    We are moving closer toward the launch of our new Strategic Plan, currently scheduled for August 2016.

    Recently staff workgroups met to identify linkages between the assessment and our upcoming Strategic Plan, and to develop action plans for the specific areas identified in the assessment.

    DRAC Happenings highlights the activities of the City’s Development Review Advisory Committee (DRAC). The DRAC is the City’s primary advisory body regarding development review.

  • Deconstruction Requirement Implementation

    The new requirements will be administered by the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and become effective October 31, 2016.
