Beginning April 6, 2017, the DSC will be open on Thursday nights from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. to help homeowners and tenants with their residential 1 & 2 family dwelling projects. The DSC is located at 1900 S.W. Fourth Avenue on the first floor.
The City of Portland, Bureau of Development Services has scheduled its Spring 2017 Landlord Training Program dates and locations. Four classes will be held: May 12th at Legacy Emanuel, May 13th at Providence Portland, May 22nd at Adventist, and May 24th at Adventist.
BDS Budget & Finance staff submitted the bureau’s fiscal year (FY) 2017-18 Requested Budget and 5-Year Financial Plan on Monday, January 30, 2017.
Throughout 2016 we made updates to the draft Strategic Plan to reflect and incorporate the results of the other organizational improvement processes, and we are now in the final stages of reviewing and editing the draft Plan.
The DRAC meets the third Thursday of each month from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. in Room 2500B (2nd floor) of the 1900 Building, 1900 SW 4th Ave. DRAC meetings are open to the public.
We are looking to have the position filled as soon as possible. We are requesting that applications be submitted by Monday, April 3, 2017.
